I acknowledge that by registering my child, I'm reserving a spot for him/her that is subject to policies regarding refunds. If my child can't attend a class, I understand that I can have a full refund if I notify Ludoland more than 14 days before the class, a 50% refund if I notify Ludoland between 14 and 7 days before the class. For cancelation made less than 7 days before the class, no refund will be issued. I also understand that Ludoland do not offer compensatory classes for absences due to travels, illness, schedule conflicts ... etc
